From the all-conditions, efficiently rolling tread channels to the premium Graphene-infused compounds and the maximum puncture protection, the Alway Tech is equal to any road debris or chip seal surface you can find while expanding your riding horizons with the help of an electric motor.
The Alway Tech is also engineered specifically for the added abuse – increased cargo loads and higher speeds – that e-bikes put on tires. In the even that your commute begins in the soft light of dawn or you find yourself on a late return, reflective sidewalls catch the light with every rotation, helping you stay visible in low-light conditions.
Technologies
1.3mm Puncture-Resistant Breaker
The rolling strip is reinforced with a 1.3mm belt of rubber for added puncture protection. More protection against road debris means fewer punctures and less time juggling tire levers and CO2 cartridges on the side of the road.
60-TPI Casing
A 60-TPI nylon construction that resists abrasion and punctures while maintaining a supple connection to the road and muting vibrations. Reliable, durable, and pleasurable to ride – engineered for daily commuting and touring.
E-Bike Compliant – R-75
Engineered to safely manage the increased load capacity and higher speeds of e-bikes. Vittoria’s R-75 compliant construction also extends battery life – critical for long commutes or even longer days on point-to-point cycling tours.
City 2C Compound
A pair of Graphene-infused compounds in a targeted array across the tire to reduce rolling resistance, increase puncture resistance, damp vibrations, and increase stabilizing grip in key locations.
