Its advanced calliper design and large 2.3mm thick rotor compatibility dissipate heat faster than competing brakes, making it one of the best MTB brakes for sustained braking on steep terrain. For downhill, enduro, and E-MTB riders facing repetitive high-load braking, the TRP EVO Pro delivers fade-free performance where heat build-up typically causes other brakes to lose power and modulation. Pad Activation Dial (PAD) allows you to control brake modulation and adjust brake feel on the move.
E-MTB riders place significantly higher heat loads on brakes due to increased bike weight and speed, pushing most brakes to their thermal limits on long descents - the TRP EVO Pro is built to handle exactly these conditions.
