The X-Sync Direct Mount Chainring is designed for SRAM 1x11 drivetrains, and uses a unique spline configuration which mates with the XX1, X01, X0, X1 and X9 single ring cranksets.
The narrow/wide tooth design retains the chain well, negating the need for an additional device to combat chain drop. It stands offset by 3.5mm which optimises the alignment for the cassette alongside a GXP 68-73mm BB.
