SRAM RED XG-1290 E1 12-Speed Cassette

---|
SRAM is a privately owned American manufacturer of bicycle components, which can be found on all types of bicycle worldwide. They specialise in transmission, brake, suspension and wheel systems and offer their components under various other brand names such as Rockshox, Zipp, Quarq, Truvativ and Avid.
Wide range and tight jumps? Why not both? SRAM's lightest, most durable cassette breaks new ground for gearing choices as well. Four distinct cassette options, including SRAM's first 10-30T and 10-36T RED cassettes, each provide secure shift ramps specifically designed for electronic shifting, whether racing road on a 10-28T or creating an all-road setup with a 10-36T. Carefully chosen tooth jumps keep you in the right gear when you're out of the saddle on steep climbs and making fine changes to hold a wheel while approaching a sprint.
Technology
X-Dome
X-Dome technology creates an incredibly lightweight, precise and strong cassette. The open design aids in mud clearance, giving you cleaner shifting performance and longer component life.
XDR
The XDR Driver Body is a universal mounting system for cassettes that incorporate cogs with fewer than 11 teeth. It allows for lighter and more versatile drivetrains without requiring new rear axle standards, cassette tools or hub redesigns. The XDR interface is 1.85mm longer than XD and is designed for road hub applications. XDR driver bodies are compatible with all XD cassettes when the cassette is installed with a 1.85mm spacer.
