We can't think of any situation when these Pedals wouldn't be Perfect, which is why they are Best Sellers. The SPD One-Sided Mechanism means you can run your SPD Shoes on one side, or simply flip over and use the other side when you've got regular shoes on. The Cup and Cone Bearings are Sealed for Maximum Durability and are Serviceable for easy maintenance, whilst the Adjustable Cleat Tension means that you can set the Tension Low to start off with and increase it as you get used to them.
