How does that work? The carcass threads are woven at a blunter angle. This ensures that the tyre can better conform to the ground at specific points and, at the same air pressure, has a 30 percent larger contact patch on the trail.

Fair Rubber

Schwalbe is the first tyre manufacturer to offer products with Fairtrade rubber. Schwalbe pays a Fair Rubber premium for every kilogram of rubber. This premium is used exclusively to improve the living conditions of small farmers and their families.

Trail Pro

Radial Carcass

The carcass material overlaps for a shorter time and with less tension. As a result, the tyre deforms more selectively and can react much more flexibly and adaptably to unevenness without sacrificing the safety factor. The tyre absorbs impact much better and uses the suspension travel more effectively. It literally sucks itself into the ground, this applies to both mountain bikes and E-MTBs. Plus radial tyres offer approximately 30% more contact area than conventional tyres at the same air pressure.
