POC Ventral SPIN Road Helmet

The POC Ventral SPIN road helmet is now the most aerodynamically advantageous and also the safest road helmet POC have manufactured to date. It has a ton of research and development behind its design, including input from Cannondale-Drapac pro cyclists, extensive computational fluid dynamic observation, WATTS Lab wind tunnel development and real world testing.

One of the main features of the Ventral SPIN is the Shearing Pads Inside system (SPIN) which has been proven to greatly reduce the force of oblique and irregular impacts to the head and brain. It allows the inner pads to separate from the liner to prevent the head from jolting or twisting with the helmet upon impact. An invaluable feature to have under any circumstance.

Air is allowed to pass straight through the helmet instead of being guided around it to vastly reduce the size of the wake, thus improving aerodynamic performance and comfort with extra coolness. The helmet also features aerodynamic traveling edges to manage the path of residual air flow for a noticeable reduction in turbulence.
