POC Race Loft Parka

Optimised for even more warmth, the new Race Loft Parka gives a feeling of exceptional warmth and comfort, keeping you protected from the elements and always allowing you to move freely on the mountain.

Optimised to be the ultimate protection in bad weather, anywhere on the mountainside, the Race Loft Parka gives usable warmth and weather protection for long days on the slopes. Featuring post-consumer recycled loose-fibre insulation, Thermore Ecodown Fibers Genius, the coat offers incredible warmth with minimal bulk. A bio-based polyamide outer gives exceptional water protection and is soft to the touch, giving exceptional comfort. The inner lining, constructed from recycled polyamide, is soft to the touch for extra comfort and is low-friction, making the coat easy to get on and off. Shaped to make skiing easier, the parka features a helmet-compatible hood which can be easily adjusted with one hand to give a snug fit. Zips on each side of the coat can be opened to give a fuller range of motion, making skiing easier. A chest pocket on the left side features a ski pass holder, and zones over the shoulders are reinforced for extra durability and to prevent abrasion from carrying skis.

Features

• Waterproof materials: The coat is constructed using a waterproof polyamide with a 10 000 mm water column. Seams and zips are not taped meaning that seepage may occur in the wettest conditions.
• Thermore insulation: The Ecodown Fibers Genius insulation from Thermore is a synthetic loose-fibre insulation made using post-consumer recycled PET. It gives exceptional warmth, even if the fibres become wet.
• Reinforced zones: Reinforced shoulder areas improve durability and reduce the chance of damage from carrying skis.
• Pre-bent sleeves: The arms are shaped for optimal freedom of movement.
• Helmet-compatible hood: The hood fits over a ski helmet and is easily adjustable with one hand. A reflective POC logo features.
• Ski pass holder: The front-left chest pocket features an inner pocket to keep a lift pass secure.
• Two-way zip: The two-way front zip improves practicality. A flap held in place by magnets covers the zip to improve water and wind protection.
• Glove-friendly zips: All zippers are easily operated while wearing gloves.
• Large inner pockets: Roomy mesh pockets on the inside of the coat give excellent storage.
• Velcro cuff adjusters: The cuffs can easily be adjusted for a snug fit.
• Tone-on-tone logo: A tone-on-tone embossed POC logo features on the bottom rear of the parka.
