About Pitlock
About 30 years ago, in the heart of Berlin, Peter and Jutta Busse faced a common yet frustrating problem: the security of their bicycles. The two passionate cyclists had just purchased new bikes, and within the same week, a front wheel and a saddle were stolen. Securing components with conventional locks was not fully effective. So, they sat down together and decided to develop a solution that would put an end to these theft concerns.
Details
Pitlock your bicycle parts. The innovative Pitlocks can be installed in minutes and protect many valuable bicycle components such as wheels, Seat Posts, Handlebars, Forks, brakes, headlights, gears, and much more, providing reliable theft protection.
Ensure the outer contact surfaces of the Seat Post bolt are flat and parallel to the saddle clamp. If this is not the case, you can order a Pitlock saddle clamp to ensure the correct fit.
