This all-new trail bike features a lightweight ALUXX SL aluminium frame with FlexPoint rear suspension and a Giant Crest FloTrac Lite shock that delivers 135mm of fully active travel to help kids level up their trail-riding capabilities. Up front, the new Giant Crest SL FloTune Lite fork handles rocks, roots, and ruts with smooth efficiency. A youth-specific Giant TRA WheelSystem (27.5-inch front and 26-inch rear) balances agility and stable handling, helping kids make the leap from neighborhood rides and pump tracks to more challenging singletrack terrain. A dropper seatpost, shorter cranks, and cockpit controls designed for small hands all add up to greater control and confidence.

Youth-Tuned Suspension

FlexPoint rear suspension with a Giant Crest FloTrac Lite shock delivers 135mm of smooth travel tuned specifically for lighter weight riders. Both front and rear suspension have minimal activation force, giving young riders smooth control and confidence on technical trails.

Agile and Efficient

An ALUXX SL aluminium frameset with youth-specific trail geometry is combined with quality lightweight components to minimize weight and help young riders tackle challenging terrain. A new Giant TRA WheelSystem (27.5-inch front / 26-inch rear) borrows key technologies from the proven adult TRA WheelSystem for improved climbing capabilities and quicker acceleration.

Off-Road Control

The TRA WheelSystem with WideGuard technology results in lighter, stronger rims so riders can run lower tire pressures for better traction without the risk of tire punctures or rim damage. The mixed wheel setup combines the agile handling of the 26-inch rear wheel with the improved rollover capabilities of the 27.5-inch front, while a dropper seatpost makes it easy to optimize riding position while climbing or descending.

Crest Sl Flotune Lite Fork

Lightweight trail fork with an arch-bridge lower for increased stiffness and minimal weight gives young riders a smooth, confident ride on technical terrain. The low-friction chassis and FloTune Lite damper is tuned specifically for riders weighing under 62kg.

Unified Suspension Setup

Optimal air pressure and damper setting recommendations, based on rider weight, are predetermined and presented in easy-to-read graphic displays on the fork and online.

Mixed Tra Wheelsystem

The combination of a 26-inch rear wheel aimed at lightweight agility and a 27.5-inch front wheel for improved rollover capabilities gives young riders more stability and control. WideGuard technology adds rim strength and reduces the risk of wheel damage and tire punctures.

Dropper Seatpost

The Giant Contact Switch AT Lite has a lower-pressure cartridge that makes it easier to engage the lever and requires less weight to lower the saddle. With adjustable travel settings and rotating cable actuator allowing easy installation on smaller frames, it’s the perfect solution for young shredders.

Overdrive

Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/2” lower and 1 1/8” upper) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.

Megadrive

A massive down tube and oversized top tube work in unison to provide superior front end lateral and torsional stiffness. The precisely engineered, rectangular-shaped down tube yields unprecedented steering precision and pedaling performance.

Powercore

A massively oversized bottom bracket area features a fully integrated 92mm wide design. Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and increased stability on the non-driveside.

Integrated Frame Protection

The driveside chainstay and down tube feature built-in protection against rocks and debris. A clear 3M protective strip on the underside of the head tube/down tube junction protects the frame when it’s loaded onto a shuttle vehicle.

Boost Technology

Wider hub spacing (110mm front / 148mm rear) results in stiffer wheels for added control plus more tire clearance and an improved chainline for optimal drivetrain performance.
