The GFR1 Factory is the ultimate gravity grip, developed in collaboration with Tahnée Seagrave and her teammates from Canyon [CLLCTV] FMD Racing. It features specific textured siping on the top, an added grip zone on the bottom, and a unique factory rubber compound for maximum damping and control through the most demanding tracks. Available in the Frozen Stealth / Grey color and also as an FMD Racing Edition in Oil Slick.

Slimly Formed, Maximum Damping
The GFR1 Factory is designed for extreme performance, with a slim form factor that provides maximum feedback while maintaining excellent damping through specific textured siping along the gripping surface.
Ideal Hand Position Thanks to Inner Stop
The inner stop ensures your hand remains in the optimum position during fast maneuvers, jumps, or tricks, enhancing safety and control over the bike.
Reduced Effort
The grip features a pronounced lower grip zone for the fingers, minimizing the energy required to lift the front wheel of your bike and reducing overall gripping force.

The GFR1 Factory features the "Factory Custom Rubber" compound, developed and manufactured in Germany. This material provides exceptional grip and rebound properties, meeting the highest standards of purity, durability, and precision. It offers a soft yet defined and precise grip feel.
Factory Custom Rubber
Ergon's exclusive "Factory Custom Rubber" ensures the grip's surface remains precise and grippy for extended periods, even in tough MTB terrain. This material significantly outperforms standard rubbers in durability and grip retention.
Interior Clamping
The strong aluminum inner clamp prevents the GFR1 Factory from twisting on carbon handlebars, providing enhanced safety and stability.
Exchangeable End Plugs
The replaceable end plugs on the GFR1 Factory add to the grip's durability, ensuring a longer lifespan even with frequent use.
