Whether you're riding to the office, exploring mountain trails at the weekend or taking on a longer tour, the Reaction Hybrid Race 8 Allroad has it all covered. With its full equipment package, reliable components and Bosch drive with 8 Wh battery, it's got adventure written all over it.

Wherever you look on the Reaction Hybrid Race 8 Allroad, you can tell we've put a lot of thought into it. There's the mudguards, sturdy luggage carrier, neat lighting set and stable kickstand, for a start. A remote dropper seatpost, so you can tackle more challenging trails more easily. Then we added 4-piston Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and grippy Schwalbe 2.6in tyres, for safe stopping in any weather. An easily adjustable RockShox Recon Silver Air suspension fork with 12mm travel (1mm on the smallest frame sizes and Easy Entry frame options), for more comfort and control. And Shimano's wide-ranging, super-reliable XT 1x12 gears, to help make even the most challenging route easier. We sweated the detail, so you can just enjoy the ride.

The Reaction Hybrid Allroad is full of neat touches, and we're not just talking about the included mudguards, carrier, lighting set and kickstand. With the 8 Wh PowerTube battery neatly concealed and the Bosch CX drive housed securely, its svelte lines disguise lots of clever features. It's PowerMore ready, making it easy to add up to 25 Wh of extra battery capacity. The integrated seat clamp and cable routing complement the clean aesthetic, whilst a UDH gear hanger makes it as future-proof as possible. There's a built-in chainguide mount too and, with Size Split, it's easy to find the perfect fit for every rider. We've thought of everything, so you can just ride.

Features

The Fully Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch's battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike's downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows us to design beautiful E-Bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.

Accessories like a kickstand, fenders and luggage carrier can really extend the versatility of your Cube bike. We designed mounting points that integrate so neatly with each frame, you'll barely notice they're there - but they also provide a simple, strong and secure attachment for any future upgrades.

Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame - but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.

Our Integrated Seatpost Clamp is all part of our quest to sweat the details, so that you can reap the rewards. Its minimalist design suits the frame's pared-back aesthetic. And, of course, that's important - because why wouldn't you want your bike to look great? But it also saves a few grammes too. And that matters just as much...

In many ways the battery is the heart of an e-bike. That's why, with our Modular Battery System, we've made a setup that's easy to use. You can charge the battery on or off the bike, and we've made room for even high capacity batteries. You'll wonder how you ever managed without it.

The right bike should fit you perfectly. That's why we created SizeSplit. For shorter riders, the smaller 27.5in wheel standard allows us to build frames that fit well while remaining agile and sure-footed. And, for taller riders, we built a range of sizes around the fast-rolling 29er wheel standard. One standard for all: gear hanger replacement made easy thanks to the innovative Universal Derailleur Hanger. With a design that includes some room for pivoting to help prevent chain jams, it improves shifting performance and works with all drivetrains. Best of all, it's a standard part that is available anywhere.

Gravity Casting moulds liquid aluminium into highly complex frame sections, resulting in extremely strong structures that can better withstand stress. For example, with our Hybrid models we're able to produce a motor mount that's optimised to cope with the loads placed on it in this specialised application, without adding unnecessary weight or sacrificing strength.

CUBE's Aluminium Superlite starts with heat-treated 661 aluminium, which has the qualities - high fatigue resistance, good stiffness, low weight and excellent strength - that are important for a bicycle frame. Then we make it into double butted tubes, to reduce weight without sacrificing any of its strength. The result? Exceptionally light, strong and tough frames.

A bicycle frame is an amazing piece of engineering. And now, with our Smooth Welding technology, we're able to give it the elegant appearance it thoroughly deserves. With no visible weld beads, one tube appears to flow seamlessly into the next.

No-one wants an oily or dirty chain anywhere near their clothes. So, since chains can get oily and dirty over time, we developed the Direct Mount chainguard. It's neat, unobtrusive and helps keep your clothes away from moving parts so that you arrive at your destination clean and fresh.

X-Connect is the simple way to attach a compatible Acid light to your Cube bike. With a connector built into the headset and the wiring hidden in the frame, all that's left to do is attach the light, plug it in... and off you go. See and be seen, the easy way.
