The Effetto Tyre Invaders are inconspicuous inserts designed to prevent pinch flats and rim dings that come with the territory when running lower tyre pressure.
Lower tyre pressure generally means better traction and better bump control, but smashing a rock with 15psi in the back at 30mph will probably blow your wheel up. UNLESS you have these installed.
The closed cell EVA construction absorbs impacts very well, without absorbing tyre sealant over time. They are available in various widths to accommodate tyres from 1.5" to 3.0" wide and rims from 20mm to 50mm wide. The one universal diameter can be used on 26", 27.5" and 29" wheels.
