The Wolf Tooth Direct Mount Shimano EP8 E-Bike Motor Chainring for Shimano 12-Speed HyperGlide is made for compatibility with E-Bikes using the Shimano EP8 motor, which powered eight of the 13 finalists for E-MOUNTAINBIKE magazine's Best E-MTB of 2022.

This chainring enables these E-Bikes to benefit from Shimano's Drop-Stop technology, which ensures better chain retention and mud shedding, alongside longer chainring life and reduced wear.

Its Drop-Stop ST profile means it is compatible with Shimano HG+ 12-Speed and 12-Speed KMC chains only. Crafted from 7075-T6 aluminium by Wolf Tooth's own experts at its Minnesota, USA HQ, this is a sturdy and corrosion resistant chainring that will serve you faithfully for a long time.
