The Castelli Junior Competizione Bib Shorts not only resemble their adult counterpart but share most of its technical innovations too. The bibs are built around the KISS kid's seat pad, which uses varying thicknesses of padding to cushion tiny anatomy and is topped with a super-soft cover that's kind to delicate skin.
The mesh bib straps, too, are light enough to allow your child to forget they're there, although they'll be working all the while to hold the shorts up, regulate their body heat and wick sweat away from their skin. All this means your child will remain cool, dry, and full of enthusiasm for the ride.
The inside of the leg is made from Affinity Pro Lycra that offers comfy stretch and rebound, while the Vortex BLC textured fabric on the rest of the leg will allow them to go faster without putting in a lot of effort.
