Assos Mille GT Spring Fall S11 Bib Knickers

Bib knickers engineered for cool, dry conditions with midweight insulation in a ¾-length profile, updated with raw-cut cuffs, stabilizing rollBar bib straps, and a more comfortable endurance insert.

In cool conditions, full-length tights are often overkill but summer shorts and warmers leave your upper legs and your core exposed to chill. The ¾-length of thermal knickers is a classic solution, updated here with some modern technical touches.The new thermoregulating textile, POLAR, is over 50% pre-consumer recycled material. It's also softer and more elastic than the textile on the previous GT Knickers, and it's breathable enough to prevent a clammy chill if the temperature - or the intensity level - rises, and the soft, lightly brushed inner face traps warmth in your microclimate. Raw-cut cuffs and the stabilizing rollBar construction are both adapted from the Racing Series, adding performance details to endurance comfort and the insert's inclusion of a Sundeck panel reduces moisture retention, ensuring dry, warm comfort.

POLAR is a 250g /m² warp knit that provides soft, midweight insulation that promotes breathability to maintain a warm, dry microclimate. The material composition comprises over 50% pre-consumer recycled material.

Engineering

RollBar: A patented bracing design adapted from the Racing Series. Stabilizes the insert and locks it in place as your weight transfers while sprinting, climbing, and cornering.

PILtec Plug-In: A lightweight, ultrabreathable textile band across the leg opening. The microdot silicone treatment is invisible from the outside but stabilizes fit and maintains grip in wet or dry conditions.

ZeroPressure Waist: A soft, highly elastic waist construction that improves comfort and hold at the waist, minus any pressure or pinching.

Mille GT S11: Shock-Absorb Damping Mono 12: Compressive foam layers in a 12mm endurance platform. Thermoformed shaping reduces ridges and irritation.

Mille GT S11: 3D Waffle: A patented, three-layer, perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.

Mille GT S11: goldenGate 2.0: A free-floating construction that moves with your body rather than against it. New cut-outs on the wings reduce friction throughout the pedal stroke.
