The Flanders 2 High Neck Warmer Base Layer is constructed from Castelli's very warmest, synthetic fleece, with an integrated neck warmer that can double as a face mask or helmet liner. Made with mesh armpit inserts, it will keep you toasty without that boil-in-the-bag feeling.
