What d'you want in a city bike? Low maintenance? The Hyde Pro FE's belt drive and hub gears are practically maintenance-free. Practical versatility? We ticked that box by fitting a semi-integrated luggage carrier, full length mudguards and a sturdy kickstand. Light weight and lively handling? A double-butted aluminium frame and full carbon fork takes care of that. Safety? Well, the Shimano hydraulic disc brakes are powerful in all weathers and built-in dynamo lighting ensures you can see and be seen. We ticked all the boxes so all you need to do is ride.

This is a frame that's at completely at home in the urban jungle. Double-butted aluminium tubes build a structure that's strong, durable, light and lively. Our semi internal cable routing takes gear and brake cables through the down tube for a cleaner appearance, smoother shifts and reduced maintenance. So your Cube bike looks good and continues to function as it should, and you just concentrate on enjoying the ride.

CUBE's Aluminium Superlite starts with heat-treated 661 aluminium, which has the qualities - high fatigue resistance, good stiffness, low weight and excellent strength - that are important for a bicycle frame. Then we make it into double butted tubes, to reduce weight without sacrificing any of its strength. The result? Exceptionally light, strong and tough frames.
