The Phase Avinox RS is Orange's mid-tier build of their flagship electric mountain bike, sharing the same UK-made 6061-T6 folded monocoque aluminium frame as the rest of the range with 160mm of travel front and rear and an MX wheel setup running a 29in front and 27.5in rear. Power comes from the Avinox M2S drive unit developed by DJI, rated at 130Nm with a 150Nm boost peak and fed by a fixed 800Wh battery, with a 2in OLED touchscreen display set into the top tube. Geometry runs a 64 degree head angle, 76 degree effective seat angle and 478.6mm reach in size large, paired with a 443mm chainstay and a reduced offset fork. The RS build pairs RockShox Zeb Select+ and Super Deluxe Select+ suspension with SRAM Eagle 90 Transmission, SRAM Maven Silver brakes and Hope Pro 5 hubs laced to Stan's Flow S2 rims. Every frame is designed, welded and assembled at Orange's own facility in Halifax and carries a 5 year warranty with limited lifetime crash replacement.
