The GTS S11 debuts Assos' latest proprietary softshell technology, DIAMOND Ultra, which is the lightest of the new DIAMOND family. The 2L textile protects another new addition: the return of Assos' kukuPenthouse technology, which adds ultrasoft, ultrabreathable support to the male genitalia. This new construction maximizes comfort and dry warmth across the core.The butterfly-wrap paneling returns for S11, enveloping your muscles in micro-adjusted, fatigue-reducing compression that balances long-distance comfort with competitive aerodynamics. Coverage across the stomach and lower back are increased, providing more supportive, thermoregulating comfort around the waist while accommodating aggressive riding positions. Updated for S11, the latest GTS insert radically increases cooling airflow, and the dual-layer construction adds 4mm of targeted support to the 9mm base of microshock-absorbing foam.

DIAMOND Ultra is a new, proprietary 2L membrane that represents a more protective, more elastic upgrade to Assos' SPHERE softshell family. This highly elastic textile is Assos' lightest DIAMOND material, and it confers premium breathability, waterproof protection, and a second-skin, pressure-free fit. OSMOS Light provides the lightest insulation of Assos' OSMOS thermal family. It actively modulates temperature to prevent overheating, and its warp knit structure provides compressive support to stimulate blood circulation.

Construction/Fit

Assos' streamlined regularFit provides comfort for long training rides and cool-weather base miles, with the GTS line increasing aerodynamics for added performance. The longer legs extend coverage further down the thigh, and the raw-cut waist reduces constriction and discomfort.

Engineering

RollBar: A patented bracing design adapted from the Racing Series. Stabilizes the insert and locks it in place as your weight transfers while sprinting, climbing, and cornering.

ZeroPressure Waist: A waist construction developed with a soft, highly elastic material to improve the comfort and hold at the waist, minus any pressure or pinching.

PILtec Plug-In: A lightweight, ultrabreathable textile band across the leg opening. The microdot silicone treatment is invisible from the outside but stabilizes fit and maintains grip in wet or dry conditions.

Mille GTS S11 Insert

Shock-Absorb Damping System Twin: A dual-layer, 13mm construction of fast-drying, high-density foam materials in an endurance cycling platform. One layer absorbs shocks, the other damps micro-vibrations.

3D Waffle: A patented, three-layer, perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.

GoldenGate 2.0: The insert is attached at front and rear, letting it float to move with your body rather than against it. New cut-outs on the sides reduce volume and friction throughout the pedal stroke.
