SeaSucker have said many times that they're never going to wake up one day and invent the last SeaSucker product. That’s true because their vacuum cups lend themselves to an almost infinite number of uses. The bottom line is, if you need to attach something to a rigid, non-porous surface without drilling any holes, this is the best way to do it.
To make it easier for you to turn their SeaSucker into your solution, they make it with two slotted holes in the top (for bolting whatever it is you’re mounting on there) plus a threaded (1/4-20) stainless insert. The 6” SeaSucker vacuum cup is rated to pull up to 210 pounds - this is their biggest and strongest mount. It’s the one they use one their bike racks and heavy-duty rod holders and dive racks. All metal parts are high grade stainless steel, even the springs inside our pump, for extra durability in the elements. Protective cap included.
This 6" Vacuum mount comes with a 1.5″ wide hook-and-loop strap to secure your bike’s rear wheel and keep it from moving left or right when driving. This item comes standard with the Talon, Mini Bomber and Bomber bike racks – it does not need to be ordered separately.
