More than just head protection: With its stylish design, the HUD-Y makes every cyclist look good. The adjustable visor on the ACE version provides extra protection against wind and insects. For the best possible protection - even in wind and weather!
Features
The HUD-Y ACE is the perfect companion in the city: It symbolises the urban lifestyle and is a real eye-catcher in any city.
The popular rechargeable rear LED on the HUD-Y models protects cyclists in often-confusing urban traffic: With four light modes, the magnetically attachable USB light strip becomes a glowing helper on the road. In the ACE version, the visor replaces the HUD-Y's flip-up and flip-down visor. Depending on the situation, bikers can slide the integrated visor up or down. The helmet becomes a stylish accessory thanks to various classic colour designs. For all those who want to be stylish and safe while cycling.
Features
- Multi Shell In-Mold: Manufacturing process in which shock-absorbing helmet material (EPS) is foamed into multiple polycarbonate outer shells - for a long-lasting, robust bond
- Zoom Ace Urban: finely adjustable, height-adjustable adjustment system with easy-grip adjustment wheel for individual fit
- Helmet fits well on ponytail wearers - height-adjustable adjustment system at the back of the head creates space for ponytails
- Visor to protect the face from rain, wind and insects
- Wide-angle LED light with high power and magnetic attachment
- Depending on the mode, the light has a maximum luminosity of nine lumens. The four modes are Eco Mode, Power Mode, Blink Mode and Pulsing Mode
- LED light recharges quickly via micro USB. The colour of the LED indicates when the charging process is finished
- ActiCage: Reinforcement of the helmet structure, which is integrated into the EPS hard foam of a helmet. The cage architecture creates space for large ventilation openings and serves to stabilise the helmet
- FidLock magnetic buckle for opening and closing the belt quickly
- TriVider: flat webbing divider, not height-adjustable - however, it allows the webbing to be moved laterally (to the right or left) to fit the position of the ear
