Marin Fairfax 2 2019 Bike
Marin County California is regarded as the birthplace of mountain biking. With niche communities back then shaping what it is today, and with Marin Bikes' inception coming shortly after, the company has deep roots in the sport and now offers many styles of bikes to suit off-roaders and commuters alike.
Part of the Marin Fitness line, the Fairfax is built for fitness road riders who seek a bike which is comfortable and easy to ride with responsive handling and excellent componentry. Ideal for cycling on tarmac, bike paths and great as a commute bike.
Series 1 frames feature a 6061 aluminum frame with disc brake mounts, internal cable routing, and fender and rack mounts.
Disc brakes on all Fairfax and Terra Linda models provide smooth, controlled stopping in all conditions with minimal maintenance.
Fairfax and Terra Linda models are designed with Marin’s sport fitness geometry, with a 72.5° headtube angle, giving the bike a light and lively feel, while maintaining stability and control.
